Add a schedule

This article will explain how to add a schedule to an entity within Hero Blue.

Instructions

  1. Head to the entity screen within https://portal.heroblue.com.au/ .

  2. Select your desired entity.

  3. Click the “Add schedule” button.

  4. Enter details in the following fields:

  • Name = What you would like your schedule to be called

  • Loan amount = The amount financed, i.e. usually the purchase price or invoice amount of the asset

  • Frequency = Repayment frequency of the finance. i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly.

  • Start date = Finance provision date, usually the date the financier pays the supplier for the asset being purchased.

If your first payment occurs on the draw down date please ensure you click the toggle above the name field to toggle this on, alternatively your first payment will occur exactly a week, fortnight or month after your start date depending on your selected payment frequency.

5. Below the fields is your payment schedule, Hero Blue allows for flexible payment amounts so here is where you put the repayment amounts and how many times that repayment occurs, in the order in which they are going to occur.

  • Add additional payment amounts or a balloon - Click the cross contained in a circle to add an additional payment amount or balloon

  • Re-order payments - You can drag and drop to re-order payments.

  • Delete payments - Click the rubbish bin to remove amounts entered.

  • Once you completed all fields you can click “Create schedule” to generate your schedule.

6. Once you have completed all the required fields you can click the “Create schedule” button.

You can come back an edit a schedules settings if you make a mistake.
