Change Password

This article will explain how to change your password.

Instructions

1. Head to https://portal.heroblue.com.au/

2. Click “Settings” on the side bar.

3. Click “Change password” on the side bar.

4. Enter your old password and your desired new password in the new password and confirm password boxes.

5. Click update password.

Password must contain at least one lowercase character, one uppercase character, one number and one special character.
