Recover Password

This article will explain how to recover your password if you have forgotten it.

Instructions

1. Head to https://portal.heroblue.com.au/recover

2. Enter the email address which you registered when signing up to Hero Blue

3. Click Send password reset email.

4. You will receive an email from no-reply@heroblue.com.au, click the Recover account button in this email.

5. Enter your new password in the password and confirm password boxes supplied and click Confirm new password.
