Exporting from Fiscal Finance
Moving to Hero Blue from Fiscal Finance? This page covers everything you need to export your lease and hire-purchase data and hand it to us to import. How you export depends on which version of Fiscal Finance you use — but first, a few decisions about the import itself.
Before we import: a few decisions
Section titled “Before we import: a few decisions”When we bring your data into Hero Blue there are a few choices to make. Have a think about these — we’ll confirm them with you before importing.
Old schedules
Section titled “Old schedules”For schedules that have finished or are near the end, we can:
- Exclude them from the import — this is what we usually recommend.
- Import them as archived — note that we don’t currently archive entities, so an old client may still appear, just with only archived schedules.
- Import them as active.
What counts as an “old” schedule?
Section titled “What counts as an “old” schedule?”We use a cut-off date: if a schedule’s last payment date is before that date, we treat it as old. Let us know the date you’d like to use.
Duplicate schedules
Section titled “Duplicate schedules”We treat schedules with the same name as duplicates. Let us know whether you’d like us to exclude duplicates or import them.

Section titled “Choose your version”Now you’re ready to export. Pick the version of Fiscal Finance you use:
